Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site hygiene inspection
  • Conduct investigation and follow up with an investigation report
  • Conduct on-site assessment on kitchen operations and identify possible food safety lapses
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
 
Requirements:
  • Degree in Food Science & Nutrition or related field.
  • Entry Level candidates may apply.
  • Possess good knowledge in food safety and hygiene
  • Able to work independentl
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive with good analytical skills
  • Willing to travel to food outlets to conduct audit check on food safety based to company SOP
