  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
  • Maintain security by following procedures
  • Upkeep meeting rooms and ensure the tidiness/ cleanliness condition
  • Arrange outgoing mails and courier services
  • Perform some general administration duties
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor



  • Minimum secondary education with computer knowledge
  • Effective communication skills
  • Organised and able to multi-task during heavy call traffic while running a busy reception area
  • 5-days work week; 8.30am to 6pm Mon-Fri
