You are responsible for the development and acquisition of new contracts in food manufacturing and create brand awareness of house brand. Our products include cooked frozen/ chilled products, sauce & paste and bakeries.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking and relationship building.
  • To develop business relationships with food service segment to extend FMD products distribution.
  • Responsible for achieving targeted sales goals, revenue and margin improvement through outside sales activities from generating leads through close.
  • Monitor sales records, develop sales proposal and presentations.
  • Efficient A&P budget utilisation to maximise sales returns.
  • Demonstrate selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Develop pricing models.
  • Work closely with Central Kitchen in managing COGS, product qualities and ease of operation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in Marketing/ Business with at least 3 years’ experience in the food manufacturing industry
  • Extensive networks of customers for FMD products
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • A resourceful and dynamic team player
  • Possess excellent business communication skills including negotiating, persuading, relationship building, and presentation skills
  • Embrace challenges, energetic, self-motivated and good acumen in business
  • Positive attitude and passion for food
