Responsibilities

- Processing of Purchase Orders according to requisitions.

- Address enquiries and engage Suppliers/Contractors to pursue purchasing interests.

- Conduct product and/or service sourcing leading to implementations to meet business needs.

- Conduct purchasing analysis to streamline buying trend and ensure stock availability to meet demand trends.

- Ensure activation for timely contract renewals and no disruption from supply source.

- Engage Suppliers/Contractors to achieve best pricing, supply stability and ensure product quality.

- Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.

 

Requirements:

- GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma

- Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience or 4 years of working experience

- Experience in Food purchasing and SAP system are added advantage

- Meticulous and able to multi-task

- Result-oriented and self-driven
