- Job scope

-To provide administrative support to the department

- Able to co-ordinate with internal customers on stock order and delivery on site

- Prepare and issue sales orders and delivery orders

- Ensure that the invoices are matched with the purchase orders

- Submit month-end stock take & stock variance reports on a monthly basis

- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments delegated by the immediate superior


- Minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent

- Preferably with 1 - 2 years' relevant experience

- Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage

- Open-minded keen learners with good communication skills
