To maintain this objective, our team of qualified professional nutritionists review our menus regularly, and ongoing research and development ensures the continual planning and delivery of new menu items.

Naturally, food safety is paramount in our business, which is why we operate a professionally managed microbiological laboratory to monitor food products, and place a strong emphasis on training and developing our employees with extensive courses in food safety, hazard analysis, food handling, nutrition, safety and health legislation, waste management, and packaging.



In addition, we are an Approved Training Centre for the ITE Skills Certificate in Food Preparation.
